3D Architectural Visualization for ASAY Eco-Tourism Project – Morocco
Summary
ASAY est un projet immobilier éco-touristique implanté dans une région montagneuse du Maroc, entre lac et nature.
L’objectif était de produire une visualisation 3D architecturale fidèle, capable de mettre en valeur l’intégration du bâti dans son environnement naturel.
Le travail a porté sur la modélisation 3D des bâtiments, la création de rendus photoréalistes extérieurs, et la définition d’une ambiance visuelle cohérente avec les valeurs du projet : durabilité, authenticité et paysage.
Ces visuels ont été conçus pour accompagner la promotion du programme, à la fois auprès d’investisseurs et dans les supports de communication.

The main challenge of the ASAY project was to translate a simple and immersive architectural vision into an exceptional natural site.
The 3D was used to express landscape intentions and the relationship to the terrain, particularly through managing shadows, viewpoints, and natural light.
The graphic approach favored clear, evocative, and harmonious compositions, useful for both commercial materials and technical exchanges among project stakeholders.
